About Supervision
Clinical supervision is a structured and supportive professional relationship designed to help PLPCs gain the experience, skills, and confidence necessary to become fully licensed LPCs in Missouri.

- Guidance in ethical decision-making and boundaries
- Support for your professional identity and confidence
- Feedback on clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Emotional and professional support in your early career
My approach is affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed, rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies. I also draw on my experience in educational advocacy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and supporting neurodivergent clients.
