Cat works with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, OCD, or the lasting impact of difficult family relationships. She offers a warm, down-to-earth space where clients can feel safe showing up exactly as they are.

Her approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care. Cat focuses on helping clients build a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions, rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate them.

Clients often describe her style as supportive, flexible, gently direct, and human — bringing warmth and even humor into the therapy space when appropriate.

Working with Cat feels collaborative, grounded, and nonjudgmental. Sessions move at a pace that feels manageable, while still supporting meaningful growth and change.

Cat creates an environment where you don’t need the “right words” or a perfect plan — just a willingness to begin. Together, you’ll explore what matters most to you, strengthen coping skills, and take steps forward even when life feels messy.

If you’re nervous about starting therapy, Cat wants you to know you’re not alone — therapy is a space for curiosity, healing, and progress at your own pace.
